Seat of House Darry, a modest castle standing in the fertile lands south of the Trident, near where the kingsroad runs down toward the crossroads. The plowman of the Darry banner speaks truly of these lands, among the richest tilled soil in the riverlands.
The Plowman's Loyalty
No house of the Trident held truer to House Targaryen than the Darrys. Their knights fought and fell beneath the dragon banner on the Trident, scarce a day's ride from their own gates, and it is whispered that the lords of Darry kept the likenesses of the old kings hidden behind their tapestries long after the dragons fell. Loyalty cost them dear in lands and honors, yet the plowman plows on.
