The Sapphire Isle
Tarth's name for beauty is old as song: its waters shine a blue so deep that sailors swear the isle is ringed with sapphires. From Evenfall Hall the Evenstars have watched over the straits between Tarth and the mainland, holding their island for the Storm Kings of old and for the lords of Storm's End after them, and tracing their line, so they claim, to kin of the storm-born kings themselves.
