Seat of House Flint of Flint's Finger, set upon the stony spit of land that juts from the Cape of Eagles into the waters of Blazewater Bay, hard above the fens of the Neck. It is a remote and windswept holding, far from the Kingsroad and the halls of greater lords.
A Hard Country
The lands about the Finger are poor and stony, hemmed by bog to the south and cold sea to the north and west, with the ironmen's longships never far from its shores. The Flints who keep it are a hardy folk, said to be sprung from younger sons of the mountain Flints who came down from the high country long ago.
