Ellyn Ever Sweet
The Beesburys count themselves among the oldest houses of the Reach, tracing their line to Ellyn Ever Sweet, a daughter of Garth Greenhand who is said to have learned the secrets of the bees and brought the first hives to the banks of the river. The three beehives of her children have stood upon the yellow banner of Honeyholt ever since, and the river itself is held to take its name from the honey-rich waters that flow past the castle's walls.
