Seat of House Locke, standing on the northern shore of the Bite south of White Harbor. As its name attests, it is counted among the elder seats of the North, held by a house old in honor and once joined by marriage to the Kings of Winter themselves.
Shore of the Bite
Oldcastle looks out across the waters of the Bite toward the Three Sisters, and its lords have long kept wary watch on the sistermen and the ships that pass between the North and the Vale. Its harbors and fisherfolk tie the Lockes to the sea as surely as their fields tie them to the land.
